What Is, Isn’t What Is.

We get so caught up in the physicality of life that we develop a lack consciousness. “What’s happening” is only a reflection of how you’ve been thinking or vibrating. Not only that, but what is to you is not what is to the person next to you.

The reason it takes you so long and so much struggle to get what you want is because you keep on looking at what is and because you think that this is Real, you reinforce and vibrate about what is, only to project the Now into your Future. It is the habit of seeking that puts your life in a holding pattern. Seeking arises because of a false premise that if you find what you are looking for it will sasiate the suffering. The paradox is that you can’t and never will find what you want until you stop seeking. Seeking screams to the Universe that you aren’t already what you seek; so the Uni says so be it and gives you what you scream.

When you ask, that asking is projected into what we think of as the Future. You are constantly creating an ideal Future, every asking is ammended onto that version of You. When I say you, I don’t mean this physical body. You are everything that you experience, think, see and do. You are not just the body but also the evironment. You are what is and are constantly redefining Self by using what you interpret, as you, as the inspiration for expansion. The gift we all have is the ability to evolve and expand what Is. As in, we have the ability to make God better than it Is.

To be contd…What Is

Subjective Objects.

Everything we experience comes about as a consequence of our thinking. To take responsibility for everything that happens in your life may seem arrogant but we are all gods of our own unique universe. What’s happening is an indication of your thinking, what’s happening is a definition of who you are choosing to be.

If you step back from the thought stream that engulfs your attention there is always an emotional indication of whether the thoughts you are thinking have you resisting your highest potential or allowing it. In all cases, if resistance exists, then you are ultimately defining your self as wrong and therefore splitting your self into fragments. The reason I say you are defining your self as wrong is because the very circumstance that you are experiencing is your own creation. Reality is a self interpreted event and in labeling the moment as not right, ” There is something not right here…”, we are undermining our own interpretation. All light is filtered and coloured by your current story and the story is your choice. The story makes up your interpretation and what you experience; so if you want a different experience, tell a different story.

Double Negatives

The crux of the problem is the seeking to change the moment by taking action before you have aligned your energy. The action of seeking arises when we label the moment as wrong and we seek ideas and actions that we can take to make the moment right. The negativity you feel is caused by your thought about the context of the moment. The negativity is the signal telling you that what you are thinking is in direct opposition to the version of you that is living; right now, what you say would make the moment right.

There seems to be a collective ignorance as to what negative emotion means and when negativity exists we further label that negativity as wrong, creating another layer of distortion. Rather than appreciating the negative emotion and finding out what thought is causing it, we immediately label the emotion as wrong, further seeking and re-acting to relieve it. The layers of distortion spiral so far that the only action we can think of to get relief is by dousing or drowning the sorrow, never gettting at the cause but numbing the signal to what we have expanded to.

Survival Linkages.

Being human we seem to completely identify the self as the body; the only part of us that is of temporal nature. We all know that some day the body will cease to be and linking our identity to the physical body creates a belief that when it dies, we die with it. The objects we own also become a part of our identity and when loss of these objects is threatened, subtly our survival is threatened; it feels like we lose a part of ourselves. A small death occurs or a branch is chopped off the ego, seeming to diminish who we are.

Loss is a complete illusion because we can never really own anything. The objects in our lives are temporary but for some reason we seek these objects in thinking they will make us whole and satisfied. “If I can just get that one thing or have this amount of money then I will be happy.” We’ve all experienced the momentary excitement from achieving that which we strive for but our mind quickly meanders to the next thing.

The only reason that anyone wants anything is because they believe that in the having of, they will be happy or more secure or more free. Contrary to what our collective believes, the only way to reach true happiness and true freedom is to choose to be happy now. No-thing can ever give you eternal happiness because every thing is temporary. A common dis-ease exists amongst our culture to use outside stimulus in order to feel relief but it is never sustaining. This quick-fix habit has turned us inside out to work against our true nature.

Revisiting a concept from the previous post, taking action from a stance of lack will never sustain a wholesome joy. When in a dualistic state we identify ourselves with one side of a polarity and protect ourselves from the opposite. If we are on the negative side, we seek for a resolution to feel positive relief. In seeking we usually take habitual action which usually only lasts a few days maximum; until the background noise returns, reviving the feeling of unease. In seeking you are coming from a state of lack and action taken whilst in that energy field, lack will only perpetuate.

Whilst identified with lack we link our survival to objects that are seen as powerful by the culture. Be it money, real-estate or a sports car; these all empower your false sense of identity. We seek these objects because we are told and believe that in the having of, we will escape this feeling of lack-fullness for ever. Your survival depends on it.

Victim of the Self

Today’s contemplation resolved the addiction of taking action in order to cure negative emotion. There is a habitual behaviour towards the quick fixing of our sorrows by actions that in the end create more lack. Temporarily they relieve but ultimately accelerate the downward spiral.

Actions taken from a lack state of consciousness can only create more lack. This lack is important to perceive, because without the perception of lack, we couldn’t create the new dream of what we prefer. The problem lies in looking at what Is and taking action from the standpoint of judgement. Judgement; defining the moment as bad vs good, creates duality, leaving you fragmented rather than integrated. By appreciating the contrast of the moment and dreaming your preference, you leverage the power of thought. Once you’ve aligned your attitude to feeling good, then the action is inspired and a quality of effortless flow emerges.

The contrast was ultimately created by you because your perception of the moment is wholly your choice. We are not victims of the environment or context of our lives. We have free will to look at any situation however we wish. There is no inherent dual qualities within the objects that make the context of our daily lives. Our world is inert and the magic of life is our ability to create by choosing how to perceive; in doing so we define who we are in the moment.

In saying that, objectivity doesn’t truly exist. The light we perceive is filtered by our attitude, in turn creating the emotional experience. Objectivity only exists when we give our power away and define ourselves as a victim of circumstance. Objectivity only arises when we separate ourselves from the environment by judging our own subjective opinion of the surroundings. Objectivity is the opposite polarity of subjectivity but polarities only exist when fragmented. A paradox it seems. How can subjectivity be the only thing in existence if it is the polar opposite of a duality? Is God consciousness the only state of true objectivity because nothing exists outside of it? Maybe subjectivity is the illusion…
